Stunning views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from the balcony and private Onsen. . Friendly and courteous staff made us feel very welcome. the location was great, with easy access to the lakeside boardwalk and attractions. the meals included in the package were delicious and had a good variety of options.
Limited operating hours at the bar, but there was a gift store where we could buy beer and wine. . the food at the buffet was not very diverse.

The hotel offers outstanding service, with staff members going out of their way to ensure comfort. the buffet is well-marked with various meal options, including vegetarian choices. Facilities are top-notch, with private onsens, a public onsen, and toys for children in the playroom. the hotel shuttle to nearby attractions, like the music forest museum, is an added advantage.
The shower could have been a little nicer.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful sight of Mt. Fuji right in front of us. The room itself was spacious and had a modern Japanese decor that added a nice touch. The food provided, including the 4-course dinner and buffet breakfast, was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
That the buffet dinner seemed to have repetitive options each night, which became a bit monotonous. the lack of a separate futon for our baby was a bit inconvenient, but we managed to share a futon with her, despite it being a bit uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible. Situated right across from Lake Kawaguchi, the view from the room balcony is truly breathtaking. You can easily capture the beauty of both the lake and Mount Fuji in your photoshoots, just like the reviewer mentioned.
Honestly, there was nothing at this hotel that needed improvement.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of attention to detail. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the little touches like Mt. Fuji mineral water and biscuits, everything was designed to make our stay memorable. The highlight was definitely having a private hot bath on the balcony with stunning views across Lake Kawaguchi of Mt. Fuji. It was the perfect way to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a wide range of options catering to both Japanese and Western tastes.
All was superb, no improvements necessary.
